0.5 fl. oz. of Kahlua
4.0 fl. oz. of Strong Black Coffee
Whipped Cream

Mixing Procedure
Combine Tequila and Kahlua in a Liqueur coffee glass, top with coffee and stir, spoon Whipped Cream on top, sprinkle with Cocoa Powder.
