0.5 fl. oz. of Brandy
1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Boiling Water

Beat the Egg Yoke and White seperately, then combine in a toddy glass, add remaining ingredients, top with Boiling Water, sprinkle with Ground Nutmeg.
