Orange Flavoured Mineral Water
Dash of Grenadine
Dash of Orange Curacao
1 tablespoon Double Cream
Ice

Mixing Procedure
Half fill a large goblet with ice, pour over Dry Vermouth, and Grand Mariner, stir, top with Orange Flavoured Mineral Water, add Grenadine and Orange Curacao, float Double Cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon, serve with a Cocktail Stick.
