0.5 fl. oz. of Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Ice
Soda Water

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Soda Water) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass, top with Soda Water.
