1.0 fl. oz. of Dark Rum
1.5 fl. oz. of Sugar Syrup
1 beaten Egg
1.0 fl. oz. of Double Cream
3.0 fl. oz. of Milk

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with a sprinkle of Ground Nutmeg.
