Summer Wine Punch|
6 cups of peeled and diced fresh seasonal Fruit, like Strawberries, Peaches, Mangoes and Pineapple
2 tablespoons of Castor Sugar
2 bottles of Chilled Medium-Dry White Wine
2.0 fl. oz. of Cointreau
1.0 fl. oz. of Maraschino Liqueur
Place fruit into a punch bowl, sprinkle with Castor Sugar, stand for an hour, cover Fruit with ice to half fill the bowl, pour over White Wine, Cointreau, and Maraschino Liqueur, stir, serve in a tumbler.
