1.0 fl. oz. of Grapefruit Juice

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a champagne flute, top with Champagne, stir, garnish wth a Strawberry set on the rim.
