0.5 fl. oz. of Peach Liqueur
2.0 fl. oz. of Orange Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Dash of Champagne

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass, top with Champagne, stir, garnish with a Wedge of Peach and a Stem of Red Currants.
