Off the Rails 2.0 fl. oz. of Vodka 1.0 fl. oz. of Pineapple Juice 1.0 fl. oz. of Lychee Liqueur Ice		Suggested Garnish Sprig of Mint Lychee
Mixing Procedure Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a Lychee and a Sprig of Mint.
