1.5 fl. oz. of Brandy
0.5 fl. oz. of Caster Sugar
5.0 fl. oz. of Milk
Crushed Ice

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Ground Nutmeg) in a cocktail shaker with the ice with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass, sprinkle with Ground Nutmeg.
