Dash of Sugar Syrup
Ice
Soda Water

Mixing Procedure
Combine all ingredients (except Soda Water) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with Soda Water, garnish with a Wedge of Lemon in the glass.
